1 General Provisions

jayya9 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online gaming and betting service platform. These terms and conditions apply to any user of the platform ("user", "you", or "member").

Employees, directors, or family members of jayya9 staff may not create accounts or place bets on the platform. Operating an account using automated programs or bots is also strictly prohibited.

3 Account Management

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your account password and login details confidential and do not share them with any third party.

3.1 Account Security

• Immediately notify jayya9 of any unauthorized activity related to your login.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If any registered information on your account changes, update it immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your jayya9 account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account, selling it, or transferring it in any way is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jayya9 ensures easy and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

4.1 Payment Methods

jayya9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposit requests are generally processed instantly.
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Providing incorrect amounts or details at the time of deposit may result in the transaction being cancelled.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.4 Transaction Verification

jayya9 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and request additional verification documents if necessary. If a fraudulent transaction is confirmed, the relevant funds will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jayya9 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total ৳37,000

A 15x wagering requirement must be met to use the welcome bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A specific validity period and wagering requirements apply to each bonus.
• jayya9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• jayya9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

jayya9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.7%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%.

There is an opportunity to move up to a higher tier through regular active participation.

6 Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities offered on jayya9 are governed by the following rules:

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

jayya9 uses fair play technology to ensure all game outcomes are completely unbiased and random (Random Number Generator). No game outcome is predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet limit is set for each game and betting market. jayya9 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Game Errors

If a game session is left incomplete due to a software or connection failure, jayya9 will use system logs to determine the outcome of that round. In the event of any technical error, jayya9's decision shall be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting

All odds in the sports betting section are updated in real time. If the odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the original accepted odds will apply. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with jayya9's policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayya9 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Betting using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion — that is, secretly coordinating with other players to influence outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party funds.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

In any case, jayya9's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by jayya9

jayya9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance in your wallet before the account is closed. Once a closure request has been completed, a new account cannot be created under the same person's name.

12 Responsible Gaming
